Job description :
- This position will be responsible for recruitment team in India and the successful deployment of the India sourcing plan.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures to ensure we are adopting the industry's best practices.
- Track relevant sourcing metrics such as time to fill and cost per hire.
- Recommend ways to improve company brand and work with the marketing and HR teams on strategies.
- Coordinate with BU Heads & other stakeholders on hiring needs.
- 7 to 10 years of experience of recruiting in the Indian market and in leading recruiting teams.
- Good understanding of labor laws.
- Hands on experience with an ATS.
- Will report into the Head of the Sourcing based in the U.S.
