Position: OCM Transition Lead, Manager/Principal Lead
Experience: 10-15 years
Location: Bangalore
Industry: from BPO/IT preferred
- Senior and hands-on organizational change management skills from previous project engagements including at least three global transitions to a new service provider
- Experience driving multiple projects from an OCM point of view with a positive change mindset as part of a complex organization with a high number of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience defining and driving an OCM strategy, while at the same time being swift and pragmatic in translating the strategy into tactical measures that are being executed
- Great organizational skills are mandatory; project management background advantageous
- Experience defining and establishing Teams Sites
- Experience executing change impact interviews and analysis with key stakeholders, producing detailed assessment and delivering executive summary for case for change
- Experience with stakeholder engagement activities and change communications best practices in the marketplace.
Education
- Graduate degree in the field of Communications, Organizational Change Management, Human Resource Management, Business or another related field
Duties & Responsibilities :
- No travel required at this time, but client may require some on-site work effort (as travel health concerns decrease over time)
- Demonstrable working knowledge of MS-Office suite of software applications and tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Outlook
- Establish OCM strategy from scratch with all associated deliverables.
- Obtain Steering Committee endorsement.
- Execute Change Impact Assessment (CIA) with prioritized stakeholder groups, deliver case for change and other deliverables
- Act as an OCM integrator across project functions (ie., Provider Team, Client Team, HR, Comms, OCM, Learning, Legal, PMO etc.), and geographies (ie., regions, countries, locations)
- Establish site specific OCM plans and communication strategy.
- Develop and maintain OCM program requirements specific to Sourcing Strategy, Transaction, Transition and/or Transformation initiatives.
- Project manage and lead small to mid-size engagement for Enterprise Change Solution clients including Provider-led initiatives.
- Advise clients, build relationships, and collaborate with Enterprise Change Leadership
- Lead OCM activities such as stakeholder interviews, communication, impact, risks and readiness assessments.
- Lead communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership
- Enable the identification and collection of changes and potential impacts to stakeholder groups; recommend how to address risks and increase anticipated adoption rates.
- Establish and recommend communication strategy (including creative ideas for key messages, digital social/content collaboration tools, communication processes, other)
