Lead & Manager - Performance Marketing - Education (3-15 yrs)

A leading Education Technology client of ours is looking for hiring a candidate at the various levels in Performance Marketing . This position is based in Mumbai. The details of the role is given below for your reference:

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts. (Google, Facebook, Instagram, DV360, affiliate, mobile, OTT and the entire gamut of options). The ideal candidate for us is someone who has led online customer acquisition for any of the new age companies and comes with at least 3+ years of experience across middle management and senior roles. The role will be a mix of owning up overall online marketing strategy and decision making along with some extent of execution efforts (it will be lean team to begin with). In a nutshell, we expect you to be leading our digital marketing initiatives while also being engrossed in the daily hustle that comes with a Series A start-up.

Role Responsibilities:

- Experience of having handled campaigns across key online platforms like Google, FB, Insta,mobile marketing, affiliates, ad exchanges etc. Create and execute campaigns regularly either through an agency or by self

- Ensure to achieve lead generation, CPL and other metric targets (KPIs)

- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)

- Generate regular reports, dashboards on all possible measures/parameters on all campaigns

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.

- Build roadmap to streamline and grow online presence through search, display, Youtube, remarketing, Gmail, Google for Business, location map Optimize campaigns regularly either through an agency or by self

- Ensure to achieve lead generation, CPL and other metric targets (KPIs)

- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)

- Generate regular reports, dashboards on all possible measures/parameters on all campaigns

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

Role Requirement:

- 3+ years of experience in managing Google, Facebook advertising and analytics

- Strong analytics skills and good knowledge of Excel.

- Ability to analyze data to optimize for strong performance

- Ability to build and execute a holistic multi-channel online marketing plan and be responsible

- for building the lead funnel for the company Good written and verbal communication skills

- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
