IT Project Lead / Manager For A Large Organization ! Delhi / NCR

Our client is a well-established FMCG Organization having their own IT & Software and development teams. They are doing some good work for developing projects and products for the organization and subsidiaries.

They are looking to hire a smart, mature Project Lead / Manager who will be responsible for leading teams and projects.

The Project Lead / Manager will be responsible for:

- Managing a Software engineering team

- Own activities from team capacity planning, requirement understanding, scoping, estimation, implementation to post production support ensuring robust, effective and flexible solution and support.

- Work in collaboration with multiple teams to identify problems, prioritize features, advance and enhance product vision.

To qualify for this position you should have:

- Good education

- 5+ years in Software Development

- Have good experience in any PHP, .NET or Java

- Have experience in Leading a Team / Projects

- Can work with ambiguity and help in standardizing

- Good communication skills

- Be from Delhi NCR or ready to relocate
