Lead/Manager - Inside Sales - IT (7-12 yrs)
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential customers who could benefit from application development services, QA and cloud services and SAP services. Use various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging marketing campaigns to
build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our services. Tailor the presentations to address customer needs and challenges.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals to provide appropriate solutions. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape related to engineering services and SAP products and solutions. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with various internal teams, including pre-sales consultants, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate efforts to address customer requirements, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth implementation and support processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on engineering services and SAP products, industry trends, and sales techniques. Participate in training programs, workshops, and self-study to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in software or technology sales.
- Familiarity with SAP products and solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
