- Understanding of process to handle queries

- YOY employee appraisal history

- Performance Dashboard for Researcher and Partners

- Performance model changes

- KRA/KPI Design

- High level Performance data management (Annual cycle)

HR Dashboard :

- Maintain & develop HR dashboard

- Design of HR Dashboard

Communication :

- Internal communication (Staff)

HR Policies :

- Policies Formulating

- Policies Documentation

- Policy communication

- Adherence to HR policies (Leave, dress code, offsite, parking, Late coming, code of conduct)

Induction :

- Pre-joining Onboarding

- Post-joining onboarding

- To co-ordinate the entire process for making a smooth Induction

Employee Records :

- Create and maintain employee MIS

- Personal files (Soft and hard copies)

- Performance related filing

- Code of conduct related information

Monthly Payroll :

- Monthly payroll cycle

- Queries on Reimbursements

Weekly Allocation :

- Maintain file and run weekly allocation report

Recruitment :

- Basic recruitment process and Operations

- Posting adds

- Recruitment decision and comp decision

- Process design

- Compensation related decisions/Negotiations

Misc :

- Employee engagement

- Leave & Attendance

- Office In-Out report

- Laise with Vendor and look out for alternate
