Role Description :

Role Level : HR Operations Lead - Individual Contributor

What the role entails :

(Key Responsibilities) :

- Own HR Operations for India employee - Entire Lifecycle

- Employee Records/File management

- Responsible for HRIS updation

- Drive benefits administration

- Will be responsible for creating and executing processes related to HR Operations - payroll process, contract employment, Lifecycle updations, Increment administration etc.

- SPOC for grievances related to HRIS, benefits, payroll etc.

- S/he will develop a broad understanding of all HR programs, and provide support in execution in areas of Benefits, Policy Making and Talent Management & Analytics.

- Driving strong sense of integrity, ethics and culture in the organization by having tight controls and policies.

- Anticipate potential compliance issues and take pre-emptive measures to negate or manage the risks.

Location : Bangalore

Experience & Education :

- Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level

- Graduation or Full time MBA (HR), BE/B.Tech (Preferred)

- Prior experience of setting up and stabilizing HR Ops function

- The candidate should have hands-on HR experience and with bias towards execution.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in HR Operations
