Lead/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT (11-15 yrs)
Position:
Lead/ Manager-FP&A (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role:
- There are 2 roles, 1 for Lead (8-11 yrs) and another for Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis manager having 11-15 years of exposure in Budgeting, Financial Planning, Forecasting and Variance Analysis for various stakeholders
- Annual operating plan, budgeting, Rolling Forecast, reporting, Long Range Strategic and Financial Plans, New Business Evaluations, Process Automation including ongoing decision support and ad hoc analytics
- Should be able to build robust Financial models, Advanced Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint etc. Working knowledge of ERP & reporting tools Systems e.g. SAP
- Deep understanding of capturing statistics/operational metrics
- This role requires significant interaction and accountability to Business Unit leaders, decision makers and stakeholders
- This position will be responsible for driving the team into understanding the numbers and coming up with relevant analysis from time to time
Requirements:
- CA/ICWA/CPA equivalent qualification with an emphasis in Finance
- CA (Inter)/ CWA (Inter) with requisite years of experience may also apply
- 8 to 15 years- experience in financial management. Deep knowledge in the areas of accounting, business finance and economic / corporate finance concepts
- Should have worked in Financial Planning, Budgeting and Analysis in the IT or ITES Sector
- Experience and interest in managing a large portfolio of businesses, with an ability to spot opportunities /risks
- Strong in analytics and with experience in financial modeling, target setting, performance measurement and strategic planning
- Comfortable working with extremely sensitive data and ability to maintain a high degree of discretion along with Accuracy and timeliness in deliveries
- Ability to work across time zones and willingness to travel, as required
- Good written and verbal communication
- Collaborative work style with the ability to build strong relationships within a matrix environment
- Detail-oriented, but does not lose sight of the big picture
- Experience in hi tech industry an added advantage
