Lead - M&A - FMCG

- Pitching, origination and end-to-end execution of M&A. Independently managing the entire deal from initiation to consummation

- Experience in deal closures and working on transactions across various sectors

- Experience in working on different types of transactions buy-side and sell-side, joint ventures, private equity fund raising and exits, leveraged buyout, auction process, control and buyout deals, cross border, mergers, delisting, etc.

- Preparation of information memorandum and other marketing documents, business plans / financial models and undertaking industry analysis, bench marking and valuation by various methods

- Initiating contacts, having discussions and making presentations to investors, potential buyers, etc.

- Financial due diligence, business plan validation, valuation adjustments like Quality of earnings, Net debt & working capital for large Corporates and Private Equity funds

- Presentation of diligence reports, pitch packs, proposals, to investor committees, senior leadership of Company
