Lead - Loyalty & Customer Life Cycle Mgmt - Ecommerce / Online
Job Location : Andheri - Mumbai
Job Description : - Campaigns : Ideate on campaign communication, segments and quantify results.
- Liaise with product, IT & other support teams to monitor & drive parallel workstreams on data, campaign setup and execution.
- Deliver incremental value from the base of existing Croma customers with the help of CLM tools and journeys.
- Work closely on ideating and delivering on customer lifecycle for various categories. Identify key measurable metrics for such programs with ability to test and scale rapidly.
- Design & drive acquisition campaigns and targeted GTM campaigns for internal and external partners.
- Liaise with regional marketing teams to understand and plan requirements for execution of customer retention initiatives.
- Co-ordinate with agencies and category marketing team to create engagement content and put a communication calendar for CLM
Experience & Skillset :- At least 6-7 years of experience working on Loyalty & CLM journeys, GTM and communication design.
- Ability to connect and drive workstream discussions with IT, product, data and automation platforms.
- Through understanding of customer segmentation, data models & campaign planning.
- Well versed with direct communication channels such as SMS, Email, WhatsApp etc.
