Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Define and build a logistics engagement model for the platform with best in class TATs at an optimum cost
- Drive adoption of logistics services on the ecommerce platform
- Define the key operating metrics for success, track and review on a continuous basis and ensure it is best in class in the industry
- Continuously strive for operating efficiencies in logistics operations through innovation and digital interventions.
- Develop engagement models with high quality TPLPs ensuring reliability and scalability of service
- Ensure rapid ramp of the logistics capability both from the perspective of volume handled and distribution footprint
- Define and develop logistics model with high load factors to ensure operational efficiencies and cost advantages
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory requirements as well as adopt global best practices in these areas.
- Build a motivated, dynamic team constantly setting the bar higher in operational excellence and customer delight.
- Ensure digitization of logistics operations ensuring fully automated tracking from internal control perspective as well as customer delight.
