Lead - Location Head Operations (Manager level)

Job Purpose :

- The role incumbent will be responsible for running the backend processing of all customer loan interactions.

Role :

- Set up and manage end to end front end operations for all asset products for the city/location.

- Quick and Detailed data entry operations

- Document Verification Management - Maker checker operations

- Document Scan and Upload Management

- Ensure adherence to all front end operations process in collaboration with other functions like sales, credit, customer service, collections.

- Ensure process & people efficiencies of highest standards enhancing the customer experience

Qualification & experience :

Years of experience : 5-8

Mandatory Qualification : preferably MBA

Essential skills :

- Should have worked on - Front End operations processes for assets

- Technology skills
