Lead - Liability Product Mass Analytics - Decision Science Unit (5-12 yrs)
The role would be part of Decision Sciences Unit which spearheads initiatives that helps business leaders to make decisions in the Consumer Banking organization and will cover (but not limited to) the following elements with a specific focus around Savings product & Mass Segment of the bank:
- Strong BFSI domain acumen
- Core responsibilities include constant engagement with stakeholders, understanding business problems, tactical planning, statistical tools and development,
presenting and implementing the analytical solution within stipulated timelines
- Expertise in stakeholder management, Project management, and team management
- Design analytics strategy for Campaign Management, Predictive analytics across Cross sell, Customer Acquisition
- Evaluate campaign performance and derive insights leading to strategy development and enhancement
- Design framework for statistical models, exploratory analysis using structured/unstructured data
- Proficient in analytical tools and techniques like SQL, SAS, SAS Viya-, Python-, E-Miner
- End to end owner ship of analytics/strategic projects
- Team management skills
