Lead - Legal & Regulatory - Telecom (3-8 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE
Relate with and manage State and Local Government issues in the region , including the State Houses of Assembly, to ensure that the activities of the company to a large extent is continuous and is not impeded by government bureaucracy, regulations and policies that are inimical to company operational interest.
Educational Qualifications
- LL.B, BL.
- LL.M is an added advantage
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
- Minimum 4-6 years of varied experience in law with 2 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications field
- Good understanding and knowledge of Regulatory, government and EMS related issues,
- Good working knowledge of Nigerian telecom, business and political environment
