- Hands-on experience in a Power/Infrastructure Industry on all Legal Matters
- Should have the knowledge of all related case laws and should keep updated with all the developments in the related subjects
- Driving corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's interests in Southern Region
- Represent thecompany in different forums for favourable orders and resolution of cases
- Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities
- Maintaining proper corporate interactions proactively with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies and legislatures
- Anticipate and plan for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
