Lead - Legal & Compliance - LLB - Food Technology Firm

Vacancy with a Food Technology Company based out of Bangalore but having presence across Multiple locations in India

- Person should be well versed with Regulatory compliances

- Law Graduate with experience in handling Contract Compliance and regulatory

- Experience of Working Asset Management

- To carry out a review of the various operational process to ensure complaince with regulations

- Review of Compliance

- Assisting on a review of legal agreements with various distributors and vendors

- Liasoning with internal auditors and stautory auditors for ongoing audits and related process

- To support conducting internal meetings

- Drafting of Notice, Agenda and Minutes for the Meetings

- Liasoning with Regulatory Agencies

- Drafting and Implementation of Policies and Codes

- Negotiations, discussions, drafting, review of legal documents like MOU, Agreements, notices, ensuring all related compliance incl legal due diligence

- Take care of all secretarial, legal, company affairs & statutory compliance of the company
