2. Design & deliver interventions based on the needs of the business.

3. Develop & implement leadership development strategy for mid to senior management.

4. Measure the effectiveness of leadership developmental activities.

5. Design the learning path for all successors for their growth & talent retention.

Candidate profile:

1. 12-15 years of strong L&D experience.

2. Excellent communication skills.
