Lead - Learning & Development - Pharma (10-20 yrs)
- Partner with managers and HR colleagues to identify team and individual capability Proficiency Levels and gaps within teams that affect organization performance
- Recommend suitable learning options to meet individual and team requirements, considering appropriate delivery channels (for instance 70/20/10 principles)
- Possess knowledge of training and learning needs analysis
- Partner and coach managers and employees to ensure that they understand the learning plan and their role in delivering it
- Support colleagues to integrate learning and development with other people and organization activities
- Possess knowledge of the learning approaches used by other organisations
- Inspire and coach managers to build learning and development priorities within their teams and areas
- Facilitate internal learning events and workshops, delivering content as appropriate
- Possess knowledge of Learning and training delivery channels, facilitation models and styles to manage and optimize a learning event
