Lead L&D & OD will be responsible for anchoring L&D, OD initiatives and interventions of our clients. Our clients are from diverse business backgrounds. Some of them are start ups as well. The incumbent as to study, daignose and design programs / interventions which creates desired results.
Job Description:
- Be responsible for the assessment, design, delivery, and ongoing learning and development program across Clients.
Be able to design customised programs Organization Development.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Help client teams to drive L&D, OD initiatives
- Well versed with e learning modules: creation and deployment
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Develop and enhance content for training modules and reviewing the content created by other team members or by the other trainer hired by the company.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Track all project deliverables and reported the Milestone completion status of the project to stakeholders
- Providing creative inputs and content in scalable training module
- Organizing, facilitating, and delivering customized training sessions to clients, both in classroom and virtually
- Define the appropriate goals setting for the team members based on the organizational, personal and client's goals and set the timelines to it
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- A thorough professional with a proactive attitude, capable of thinking in and out of the box, generating new design solutions and ideas
