JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create the 3-year road map for the Academies and annual target scorecard, calendar of offerings.

- Conceptualize and design workshops, develop curriculum, course content and organize workshops, and webinars, in collaboration with academy members, internal and external faculty and Subject Matter Experts, based on identified and prioritized capability building needs for the respective academies.

- Leverage digital technology for learning. Ensure that all academy programs are made visible on the group-wide Learning Management System (LMS).

- Ensure that Program Managers and Content Developers develop learning objectives / course curriculum and content using principles of instructional design including the evaluation mechanism.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institute, with about 8-12 yrs of experience, of which minimum 4 years into Learning & Development

- Sound knowledge of and in-depth experience in Learning & Development interventions, and in conceptualizing, designing and organizing workshops, webinars, e-learning and in leveraging digital technology for learning.
