Location - Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Play an effective role as an Academy Head for certain academies of the organisation. Essentially collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to co-create, design, develop, organize, offer and evaluate capability building programs
2. Contribute to driving digital learning and new-age learning initiatives, in a collaborative manner with Sector L&D teams, and with academies.
3. Manage at the Group Level, all aspects related to the Learning Portal, the Learning Management System (LMS), and all initiatives related to eLearning and leveraging technology for capability building and enabling learning on the go
Candidate Profile:
1. MBA in Human Resources, with 8-12 years of experience, with special focus on Capability Building
2. Functional Skills: Learning & Development including all aspects of Instructional Design, learning retention and application, and evaluation of training effectiveness
