Lead - Learning & Development - IT (8-12 yrs)

What will you be doing?

- Strengthen the Learning culture and provide strategic direction on talent management, learning, career and leadership development in the company ensuring retention and engagement of our key talent

- Strategizing and designing the Learning Charter with key stakeholders focusing on all aspects on the employee journey, like leadership development, coaching, individual development planning, career pathing, behavioural and technical, induction, virtual trainings, succession planning etc.

- Deliver the strategy in conjunction with the wider business and training teams ensuring that all L&D needs across the organisation are regularly assessed and reviewed

- Make accelerated career growth programs for different career level employees and growing our own talent to take up higher responsibilities

- Driving the culture building exercise and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability

- Plan & execute Learning & Development agenda in line with Functional Capability requirement

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating L&D and Org development

- To lead and manage the effectiveness of our E learning and LMS system working with other key stakeholders as appropriate

- To lead on key organisational people change programmes, providing L&D and engagement diagnostics and solutions

- Develop a suite of measurements KPIs that clearly demonstrate the impact and experience of learning within all delivery models

- To develop and improve our competency framework in the organisation, developing key programmes of work that improve the capability of our overall business

- Partner with each of our businesses to design and deliver relevant capability building solutions that meet their business needs and growth plans

- Conceptualising and running Coaching program for business leaders

- Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses training Needs analysis(TNA), Training need identification(TNI), Training delivery, Training Effectiveness

- Preparation and management of Learning budget

Who are we looking for?

- Knowledge of current thinking trends around L&D, organisational leadership and management practices

- Experience of collaboration and influencing to drive Learning charter across different units and functions

- Strong functional expertise in L&D and Talent Management, including familiarity with cutting edge learning technology

- Experience of leading cultural change and transformation across the organization

- Demonstrable experience of thought leadership in the learning and talent area
