Job Title: L&D lead.

Organization: Fast-growing E commerce start-up based out of Bangalore.

Job Purpose: To drive the capability levels of the talent in the organization.

1. Evolving a business aligned L&D framework for the organization

2. Identifying learning needs

3. Deploying tailored, context aligned learning interventions

4. Governing partner relationships and partner outcomes

5. Delivering behavioral and leadership development programs

Competencies:

1. Ownership of solving problems / producing results

2. Collaboration across various teams / stakeholders

3. Execution focus to the finish

4. Ability to work independently with self-initiative

5. HR / L&D functional expertise

6. Driving programs

Qualifications and Experience :

1. 8 to 10 years of HR experience from reputed B Schools

2. Prior experience in having managed L&D is necessary
