- Thorough understanding of the competency framework and its implementation while developing learning journeys for the managerial and leadership roles
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Good understanding of various developmental tools and their application
- Deep understanding of core learning concepts and their application at work and while designing the learning interventions
- Build measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning initiatives
- Influence senior stakeholders by building creditability and clear metrics and plans to show improvement
- Partner with external vendor partners to add value and improvement in learning initiatives
