Responsibilities -
- Defining and managing the E2E transportation operations from Brands to FCs to Retailers
- Ensure Capacity planning in citywide delivery team to ensure peak time delivery management
- Continuously improve the Last mile delivery operations and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement at an optimum cost
- Monitor performance and Identify bottlenecks to improve the last mile serviceability
- Implement operational control and process improvement mechanism such as Lean/ Kaizen
- Conduct the performance appraisals of the LM/transport supervisors and mentor them for handling efficient operations
