Lead Knowledge Analyst - Technology Consulting Firm (6-8 yrs)

We are looking for a Lead Knowledge Analyst with strong IT consulting and/or sourcing advisory experience in a client focus role.

- You will work with a team consultants and digital specialists as a subject matter expert on Digital Support Functions (DSF), shared services and outsourcing.

- As Lead Knowledge Analyst, you will work directly with the Technology Advantage India leadership by providing proposal support, case support as requested and providing analysis to drive insight into specific client issues.

- You will deliver value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.)

- Act as a domain expert on client projects and be able to translate business challenges into analysis & research plans, generate insights and client recommendations from the analysis

- Initiate and complete complex analyses independently, for a specific module, with guidance from Principal/Project Leader, apply reality check to analyses

- Distill insights from analysis and develops practical recommendations in area of expertise.

- Prioritize work effectively, demonstrates business sense and adaptability, identify next steps proactively

- Tailor messages to audience and can deliver targeted presentations, construct logical storyline at module level

- Establish a strong pull for themselves from organization's Managing Directors and Partners/Principals/Project Leaders and/or clients Work well with client team members and earns their respect for contributions in area of expertise

- Be engaged in case teams and client contexts, both onsite and remotely, in variety of engagement models:

- Extended case staffing on client site as integral part of case team

- Client workshops

- Integration into proposal pitches

- Ad hoc expert advisory Help to productize IP/tools developed from client work to support topic/sector agenda

- Bring back insights and experiences from cases and contributes to development of knowledge assets/methodologies.

- Can also be staffed occasionally on Tier 1 investment projects

- Lead, advise and train junior KT members on joint assignments and, if needed, provide expertise based guidance to Associates/Consultants

- In a joint assignment with junior KT members, support them to deliver work assignments effectively, allocate workload, and provide regular actionable feedback and coaching

- Provide guidance to Associates/Consultant based upon own expertise in a sector, topic, or KDP and experiences in previous case assignments

You will use time between cases for:

- Education: providing insights to consulting and knowledge teams to nurture the expertise and digital knowledge within the organization

- Ad-hoc support for case teams' knowledge requests


- Operating comfortably in a client-facing role, managing demanding internal and external clients in a positive, service-oriented way, and able to develop trust quickly, building solid, mutually respectful relationships

- Strong business sense

- Deep expertise in domain area, along with strong problem solving abilities

- Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and actionable recommendations from data & analysis

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially directed to senior audience

- Working collaboratively in teams, positive in a group dynamic

- Managing and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating presence, being respected and credible

- Flexibility, patience, and an understanding of demanding, and unstructured environments where priorities evolve constantly

- Driven, hard-working, entrepreneurial, and productive


- 6-8+ years of industry experience preferred (4+ years at a strict minimum), and/or 3+ years of consulting experience (top tier company) with a focus on Digital Support Functions, shared services, and outsourcing

- Bachelor degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic, preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, IT Management, Business Administration (other advanced degrees are accepted as well, e.g. Mathematics, Physics)

- Experience in consulting essential

- Experience in Digital Support Function topics such as digitalization through new technologies such as RPA/AI, redefinition of E2E-process approaches & target operating model preferred

- Project management experience preferred


As a Client Focus Lead Knowledge Analyst, you will work with clients, consulting teams and other Knowledge and Business team employees
