- The head of Base Management will responsible for Revenue Growth of each product line within the existing base.
- The role will be end to end owner of the product revenue from Acquisition to Base Management.
- He will be responsible for planning the revenue enhancement strategy for each product in each Account across all industries. The role objective is to grow revenue at an overall basis from the base, increase product penetration in the existing accounts and acquire new targeted accounts.
- The role will work closely with Head of Marketing, Customer experience team (Retention & Quality), Product Management team, Operations, Business Head for KAM, PAM, GAM & Channel Acquisition to continuously Work to improve customer experience, create need & convert revenue opportunity in each account
- The role will lead the lead all the processes in the account management to improve revenue and will work to develop capability of revenue mining across the account managers.
- The position will be responsible for planning, analyzing and forecasting of the customer acquisition, revenue & Account multiproduct penetration
