Lead - Key Account Management (15-25 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and market penetration of facial aesthetics products (Botulinum Toxin, Dermal Fillers, and Injectables).
- Develop and manage relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, skin clinics, and aesthetic centers to enhance brand presence.
- Identify business opportunities, drive engagement, and execute strategic account plans.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key accounts to maximize sales and market access.
- Provide training and product education to healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support adoption and usage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:- Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical devices sales.
- Strong network of HCPs in dermatology and plastic surgery.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
- Ability to drive revenue growth and work cross-functionally with marketing and medical teams.
