Lead - IT Recruitment (7-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing Key Accounts for the Technical sector
- Responsible & owning the end to end recruitment process and invoicing.
- Strong experience in working on positions like - Technical Program Manager,Software Design Engineer, Software Test Engineer, Software Database Engineer, Manual Tester 2 (3D), Manual Test Engineer(MAC), Design Integrator, UX designer, Scrum Master and others
- Continuously building relationship and managing clients for active inflow of business through them and delivery within TAT.
- Handling a team of 3-6 consultants to meet the manpower requirements for all the clients
- Setting team targets and motivating team members / resolving queries / problems
- Training/ mentoring new team members
- Responsible for Leadership Hiring for our Clients
- Streamlining the recruitment plan & processes to ensure timely delivery
- Introduce innovative ideas for new recruitment models

- Must work well under pressure and tight timelines.

- Should be people -oriented and affable and have an attitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment.
Qualifications & Work Experience - MBA/PGD in HR from premier institute with between 7-12 years of relevant sector recruitment experience
