Designation : Product Manager Lead

Location : Delhi Remote till pandemic

Qualification : Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field B tech

Total Experience : 10 yrs - 15 yrs in renowned B2C product based companies .

Role : The purpose of a product leader can include building and overseeing the right product team, owning the product's strategic direction, and ensuring the team has the tools and systems it needs to build successful products.

Objective : Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release. Developing the product strategy and roadmap. Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements.

Main Responsibilities of an IT Product Manager

Your responsibilities will include :

- Analysing product performance and redesigning as required

- Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release

- Developing the product strategy and roadmap

- Managing prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support

- Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements.

Key Requirements :

- You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

- You have a strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in product management

- You have prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle

- You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- You can work effectively with cross functional teams.

Desired Skill Set (Technical) :

- Strong understanding of UX/ UI.

- Software development experience (app and web).

- Strong understanding of product growth.

Desired Skill set (Non-technical) :

- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.

- Proven team collaboration and management skills.
