Opening for " SM / AVP-Lead - IT Process & Quality Assurance" in Kolkata location .

Experience required : 7+ yrs in IT Process Management with Quality Assurance

BE /MCA /MBA

- ITIL Expert or at least 2 Intermediate modules certified

- ISO/IEC & 27001/ 20000 Implementer / Lead auditor certified or Assessment/auditing skills

- Knowledge on other related frameworks and standards like DevOps, Agile, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, COBIT, CMMi SVC etc., will be an added advantage.

- Having Projects experience in BFSI domain will add a plus.

Job Role :

- Responsible to set up various processes of Bank IT Team to ensure zero Audit & Compliance findings.

- Responsible to train IT Team on various Processes & Quality objectives.

- Executing end to end Process consulting projects based on ITIL/ ISO 27001/ ISO 20000/ CMMI SVC models and frameworks.

- Drive Continuous Service Improvement programs using various methods and techniques.

- To set-up various IT Processes & Governance framework, as per Cobit 5, in line with GK Committee.

- Facilitate integration of service management tools, processes and SLA / KPIs.

- Define measurement framework for SLA/KPIs.

- Conducting ITIL training programs at all levels and active involvement in development and maintenance of training course materials.

- Contribute best practices to knowledge repository.

- To initiate the Quality Assurance initiatives of various processes & guidelines of IT Dept. for standardization of the same.
