Lead - IT/CS Governance/Compliance/Operational Risk & Management - CISA - NBFC

We're hiring for IT & CS Governance, Compliance and Operational Risk and Management Lead role for an Indian NBFC.

Work Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in IT & CS Operational Risk Management in a large organization including demonstrated leadership in building risk and compliance frameworks for financial institutions (BFSI) in the IT and CS field.

Technical Skillset requirement:

1. Knowledge of BASEL framework, budgeting and planning.

2. Strong relationship with India regulatory bodies such as RBI and the local FIU.

3. Knowledge of risk and compliance practices / framework and Indian regulatory obligations with respect to relevant areas of law (AML/CTF, Data Privacy & Confidentiality, Consumer Protection, GST, payments etc.)

4. Broad understanding of credit Risk. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM)

5. Experience of IT & Cyber Security risk (including forensic) as well as regulatory risk requirements. Knowledge of periodic evaluation and review of effectiveness of information security policies, procedures, standards and processes.

6. Proven ability to plan and manage operational risk processes, develop innovative solutions for increased productivity.

4. Will be responsible for IT & CS risks for all lines of businesses for overall OR responsibility.

Education requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field required; M.B.A. in Information Systems preferred.

2. Relevant experience in computer systems with some specialization in IT security highly preferred.

3. CISA or other Information Security related Certification
