Requirements

- Creatively network into the highest levels of accounts with Family Offices/Private Wealth Managers/IFAs/Multi-Family Offices and onboard them to us

- Own our top of the funnel: respond to and qualify incoming inquiries from investors

- Own the product experience and work with product/tech teams to launch a product suite and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer success

- Demonstrate exceptional judgment in managing investor interactions, navigating ambiguity, and handling escalations

- Effectively understand the needs of an investor related to their onboarding and investment lifecycle while managing expectations transparently, thereby delivering a best in class investor servicing experience

- Launch new investor-related products including syndicates

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of work experience in a role that requires managing relationships/providing advisory to senior professionals

- Prior sector experience in a Tier 1 firm including financial advisory, managing syndicates in an angel investing firm or a micro VC, wealth management, or similar experience in an alternative investment marketplace

- You are an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in hard-working team environments - building from the ground up while collaborating with awesome people is your love language

- You are an excellent communicator and simplifying complex technical information into a conversation anyone can understand is something you excel at

- Understanding of financial concepts and terminology, familiarity with the Indian investment market

- Demonstrated ability to acquire, grow, and deepen relationships with Family offices, HNIs, and similar affluent individual investors segments

- Strong understanding of financial products and an ability to interpret new investment products and be able to translate it to investors

- You have demonstrated a high degree of accountability and have very high attention to detail
