Lead - Investor Relations

Job Purpose: To assist in fundraising activities by supplying accurate information and addressing all queries from investors regarding the company's real estate projects & to prepare MIS reports for all Projects, SPVs and analyse the same for timely insights to management and relevant departments for decision making

Strategic Planning & Budgeting:

- Collect data on market trends, competitor activities, and their financial performance, and submit comprehensive reports to the Head for strategic planning and decision-making processes

- Notify Head of Department about availability of surplus funds for investor returns planning

Financial Reporting & analysis:

- Assist in conducting financial analysis for clients, reviewing financial statements, cash flow projections, and creditworthiness assessments

- Develop thorough calculations and analyses for proposed new funding concepts and update the Head of the Department

- Stay updated on new financial instruments and suggest appropriate sources and instruments for fundraising initiatives

- Track interest payment cycles and repayment timelines accurately, ensuring the availability of funds and timely payments

- Compile project health reports and aid the Head of Department in presenting them to banks and investors

- Provide payment tools and solutions to the CRM team for facilitating customer collections at launch in co-ordination with various banks

- Conduct NPV calculations to evaluate discounting options post-approval from the Head of Department for upfront payments throughout the project cycle.
