Lead - International Alliance - Digital Payment Business

Job Responsibility:

- Business Planning & Development at Internal level.

- Oversee the negotiation, draft and close of complex, win-win partner agreements

- Manage the day-to-day business relationships with existing partners

- Lead the analysis and opportunity sizing of new markets

- Research and Assessment on country specific Retail Payments Industry

- Competitor Profiling -assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors.

- Develop business cases/Go To Market approach, taking into strategy, financial & business analysis and synergies

- Identify need for, procure and manage outside knowledge on as needed basis

- Dive deeply into priority initiatives across many domains and partner with relevant internal/ external groups to ensure execution excellence

- Assist in Portfolio/Project Management

- Prepare Business requirement document for execution of projects with international partners

- Getting various stake holders like IT, Networking, Finance, Risk in to Calls for discussing various issues with respect to implementation of projects.

- Certification - Co-ordinate online and offline Certification Testing between company & International Partner

- Obtaining necessary Regulatory and Board approvals

- Assist in drafting of Operating Rules and Regulations for upcoming Network arrangements in respective geography

- Setting up SLAs between internal stakeholders with respect to various aspects of the project.
