Black Belt in Six Sigma Mandatory

Purpose:

- Drive Performance Excellence initiatives across organizational processes, covering entire gamut of continuous improvement initiatives

Role

- Define operational models with standard operating procedures, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities

- Draft, document and update company policies

- Lead major process enablement and re-engineering initiatives

- Work with teams and coordinate multiple work streams to produce high-quality results

- Provide thought leadership and innovation, advising internal groups and leading initiatives on business operations excellence

- Conducts regular internal audits and reviews to assess the compliance of departments and individual

Education :

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Qualification - MBA from Tier 1 institutes
