Lead - Internal Communications - FMCG (4-8 yrs)

Role Context :

We are looking for an effective and strong communicator with a passion for culture and community to develop and manage Internal Communications strategy . This is a critical role for growth of the organisation given the exponential expansion plans at hand.

The incumbent will curate strategic messaging and content that engages and builds credibility with employees, customers, and partners.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop strategic messaging for internal and external communications on behalf of Company, bringing the right information and insights into each communication initiative.

- Develop communication content for a variety of channels, including (but not limited to) organizational emails, podcasts, videos, keynotes, and town hall meetings.

- Create compelling, executive-level presentation materials (slides, scripts, messaging documents, videos, visuals and customer stories) for both internal and external speaking engagements.

- Work across teams to design and execute a cross functional communication strategy to support efficiency and productivity.

- Assimilate inputs from leaders across the business to craft a compelling story with a singular voice, and manage the narrative lifecycle from discovery through to final deliverable.

- Over time, creation and management of metrics to understand readership and impact associated to communications strategy initiatives and programs.

- Collaborative Skills : Work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment.

- Stakeholder and Project Management Skills : Managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once. Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well.

- Out of Box Thinking : Provide and implement business-focused solutions within time/cost restraints. Demonstrate original thinking in execution of role.

- Attention to Detail : High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & process.

Candidate Profile :

- Must have 4 to 8 years of professional experience in internal communications role in high quality work environments.

- A demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives.

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

- Excellent oral and written communications.

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Google Slides.
