Lead - Internal Communication - Financial Services Conglomerate

About the Client :

Client is a leading financial services conglomerate based out of Mumbai.

Reporting - Chief Communications Officer

Purpose of the Job : 

The position is part of the Corporate Communications team and will report into the Chief Communications Officer. It involves close coordination various Group Marketing and Group Digital team, and various group companies across asset management, life, general and health insurance, retail broking and wealth management, commercial finance and home loans.

Key Responsibilities :
 
- Drive a culture change in the group through a strong internal communications programme

- Manage the delivery channels for internal communications: like Facebook@Work, intranet etc

- Work closely with senior stakeholders in designing and implementing targeted internal communications programmes

- Ideating and drafting internal communications and executive communication content, both written and audio-visual

- Be the central coordination point for Group newsletters

- Work in close coordination with HR in driving employee engagement

Experience : 

- Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communication with a large group/company

Education : 

- Relevant graduate or postgraduate qualification in marketing and communications
