Lead - Internal Audit - International Business - Mfg

We are locating candidates for a Multinational Company a Lead - Internal Auditor for their International Business.

- The candidate must be CA having sound experience in Internal Audit in the manufacturing sector and must have exposure to SOX / IFRS. The audit will encompass the International Business of the Company and shall report to the Head - Internal Audit.

The roles and responsibilities shall be as under:

- Responsible for performing routine audits as per the annual plan as well as other special audit assignments

- Documenting audit work

- Prepare audit reports on each audit assignment, provide recommendations for areas of improvement, caution, etc; conduct follow-up on agreed action plans where appropriate including obtaining comments from the auditees within the stipulated period

- Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing, documenting and interviewing

- Verification of items like Stock verification, policy compliance (Internal & Statutory), etc.
