We are currently retained by leading and well funded edtech to hire a School Sales Institutional Lead (B2B /Institutional sales) for them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the school market with healthy contribution margins and ensure best in class customer experience. The School Sales Lead will be responsible to tap into all major school chains and be responsible for the strategy, and alignment of all revenue operations including Business Development &amp; Key Account Management. The role would include : - Building the strategy and implementation plan to achieve the top line target in the Institutional segment - Lead and mentor a strong sales team that can drive new institutional school acquisition - Create an outreach/Go to Market plan for all prospect Chains &amp; Institutions - Lead revenue generation from existing schools through upselling and increasing the number of students through key relationship management - Drive initiatives to ensure high engagement and customer retention - Partner with key stakeholders to ensure marketing and other support needed for increasing institutional reach - Define the strategy and implementation plan to improve customer NPS and drive delight To fit in the bill, you must have the experience of: 1. Held Institutional Sales / P&amp;L accountability for a large education setup either at a National or Zonal level. 2. Should have managed large diverse teams. 3. Should have strong understanding of the School sales environment in selling digital products Please do note this role prefers an MBA From a top B School.
