Lead - Institutional Relations - Mutual Fund Investment Startup

- Operations Manager (Head) role with a startup that is technology driven platform for Mutual fund investments in the semi urban areas.

- The company has been launched by seasoned people from the industry with 20+ years of experience. Its a startup that is poised for high growth.

Role: Institutional Relations Lead

- This role requires someone who is interested in working with disruptive technology. The role will essentially require candidate to interact with employees at corporates and other institutions to introduce them to the company and acquire them as customers.

Responsibilities would include :

- Tie-Up with corporate and other institutes.

- Conduct presentations at corporate and other institutions ( Colleges, Housing societies, Clubs, Factory, other education institutes etc) to create awareness about benefits of regular investment in mutual fund products.

- Engage with corporate and institutional employees and acquire them as customers.

- Explain benefits of investing in mutual funds through this company

- Train customers on using the company app and web portal.

- Coordinate with sales team for maximum closures within time frame.

- Client relationship management on ongoing basis.

To fit the bill, you must be an MBA from a decent B school with 5+ years of experience and meet the following criteria :

- Should have prior experience in corporate and institutional tie-ups

- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.

- Eagerness to work with start-up and problem-solving skills.

- Product knowledge about mutual funds is must.

- Someone with experience of corporate/institutional sales for with financial product can also apply

- Preference will be given if NISM ( Mutual Funds) or CFP done.
