We have openings for senior profiles- lead and manager roles where you work directly in senior positions and interact with top management of client and report to founders of the company. Roles & Responsibilities

- Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales by phone. Utilizes email campaigns, outbound calls to pursue sales

- Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling, mailers, internet search like- LinkedIn, internet search, Facebook etc

- Should achieve the daily quota of outbound calls and create a strong sales pipeline.

- Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations and HR Outsourcing agencies for building relationships, identifying new opportunities and selling company product.

- Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/outbound calling quota /to achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets

- Discuss and convey the advantages of the product & solution offering

- Meet and exceed all monthly and annual sales quotas.

- Managing the inside sales / pre-sales team

- Setting and tracking sales targets for your team

- Qualify and answer questions regarding the product, solution and services

- Log Lead generation/management activity and contacts in sales system or CRM.

- Develop a database of prospective client companies in specified location & across various sectors.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

Competencies:

- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Inside Sales / Pre Sales.

- Essential selling skills and prospecting skills

- A proven hunter and closer

- Excellent Written and Oral Communication (English and Hindi)

- Should know Mailing and Telephone Etiquette

- Pitching and Positioning a product

- Closing skills

- Primary and secondary research

- Objection Handling (negotiation)

- Knowledge of the Cloud platform, products, and services are a plus

- Time management.
