Urgently hiring for the role of " Lead- Innovation" for a FORTUNE 500 Financial Service client

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

A. The objective of the role is to drive value-driven innovation conversations, build innovation agenda for the clients leveraging market problems and leading technologies and collaborate with various company's teams deliver on high impact business ideas.

B. The associate would own and independently facilitate structured Ideation/ Innovation sprints, focused around specific market problems to deliver business outcomes and impact.

C. The role would include crafting and facilitating Ideation interventions (Workshops, Concept Sprints, hackathons, boot camps) with the clients and teams in India and in the US.

D. Associate would contribute at the intersection of multiple disciplines - BFS use cases, company products, Digital technologies, technology practices, marketing communication, Learning and Development and organizational change management.

Responsibilities :-

- Will be a Lead Facilitator for Focused Workshops with Clients/ Associates/ Leaders

- Facilitator for company's Solution Showcase

Must have (Proven hands-on experience) :

- Design and run enterprise-wide Innovation program, deciphering the business and stakeholder needs

- Craft and facilitate Innovation sprints, leveraging Innovation and Product management methodologies

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, helping to craft-sell-run-conclude Innovation sprints

Nice to have :-

- Awareness of North American BFS use cases (Payments, Digital Channels, Bank Solutions, etc.)

- Awareness of digital technologies (Block chain, IoT, AI, ML, VR, etc.)

- Awareness of technology practices (UX, Analytics, mobile, etc.)

- Client-facing hands-on consulting experience in similar industry
