Key Responsibilities:
- Incumbent should be able to strategize & oversee the infrastructure operations of the organization, encompassing property, maintenance, Vendors, Travel & Tour, Transport, Purchase, fire & Safety, Security, general office administration management etc.
- Take care of PAN India branch office infrastructure, shifting of office, renovation, furnishing, Electrical activities for Rural Branches
- Benchmarking of the organization practices to the industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with various vendors
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance performance of the administrative function.
- Define and implement new process w.r.t. Administration and Infrastructure Management
- Initiate search for new offices as per business requirement; Plays key role in premises identification till finalization & possession of property
- Involvement in lay out / design finalization; give inputs where ever required
- Manage & own the overall cost of the function
- Ensure implementation of policies from time to time
- Lead a team and subsequently build it up from a scalability prospective, to handle volumes of internal customer grievances/feedback
Education:
- Post Graduate with 10-15 Years' experience Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer preferred
Experience:
- NBFC / Banking industry experience preferred
- Management, Vendor Management, Financial Planning, Budgeting and Cost Management
