Lead Information Technology

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary) :

To ensure that information technology adds the maximum value to our company so as to facilitate the success of our business. Devise the company's IT strategy and ensure that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place; consistently keep IT systems and processes upto date with advancements of the field.

Strategic :

- Set objectives and strategies for IT department.

- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits

- Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience

- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage

Financial :

- Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions

- Capex and Opex planning for IT assets, softwares, and apps/web development.

- Minimising the cost of repairs and procurement of assets (hardware and software)

Customer/ External Orientation :

- Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers

- Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance

- Direct and organize IT-related projects

People Orientation :

- .Ensure to provide desired IT support to the employees in the business within defined SLAs

- Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization.

Operational accountabilities :

- IT Infrastructure

- Optimize the Hardware, Software and Network for SFS business

- Coordinate with Central IT team for meet out business requirements for IT infra.

- SAP Application Support

- Provide SAP application support and coordinate with central IT team for requirement of business

- Support internal users for SAP application related requirements and problems.

- Mobile and Web Application Support

- Development of mobile and/or web applications as per requirement of business

- Excecution of projects and implementation of processes for these applications

- Monitoring of application including but not limited to data management and protection, reporting, updation of applications and provide changes as per user demands.

- Monitor usage of different application and reporting the same

- Troubleshoot the problems related to these applications

- Vendor Management

- Coordinating with vendors for support within SLAs

- IT Asset Management

- Prepare and manage budget for IT assets, managing requisitions and procurement of laptops/ tabs and Wi-Fi dongles as per business need

- Maintaing the records of IT assets, keeing check with audits and disposal of IT assests in accordance with local law.

- Managing and Strengthning the security of IT infra of SFS

- Other projects- As per need

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge:

- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and Infrastucture.

- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation

- Hands on experience on SAP and related softwares, managing mobile apps and web application development (through vendors).

- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations with superior analytical and problem solving capabilities.

- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities; strong strategic and business mindset.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Key Performance Indicators :

- Online application or service availability, system uptime, and incidents.

- Cost of delivering IT services, cost of resources, and budget variance.

- IT request response, close rate, and feedback surveys.

- Exceution of all IT projects as per timelines, the amount of bugs/issues per project and incidents over time.

- Percentage of devices not up-to-date, the number of vulnerabilities, and risk ratings.

- IT support to all employees as per defined SLAs.
