Information Security Lead

- Work with IT colleagues to define the strategic objectives, road map and goals for the Cybersecurity function keeping in mind the present/future requirements of the company

- Formulate and maintain IT Security capital and operating budgets as per established guidelines for budget preparation

- Monitor budgeting for IT Security initiatives and services.

- Align the IT security framework, policy & guidelines for the company as applicable to the regulatory guidelines

- Ensure that the organization IT architecture and security policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Responsible for the development, revision and implementation of Information Security Governance processes across the organization

- Provide Governance to the Security Operation team/partner and ensure delivery of SLA based services from the partner.

- Work with SOC partner to improve Security Operating Procedures in accordance with security policies, standards and procedures.

- Monitor processes for violations of relevant security policies and assesses technical vulnerabilities; Ensure documentation of security records.

- Lead Threat Hunting and Threat Modeling (preventive as well as Reactive) to ensure adequate security measures are implemented with the help of partners.

- Review and Monitor the existing Security Tools of the organization and ensure the optimal/best configuration to leverage the capability of tool to make the environment secure.

- Facilitate Liaison with other partner/vendors (Such as ITO partner or AMS partner) to resolve security incidents.

- Define, monitor and validate security configuration and operational standards for security systems and applications. (such as ATP, ATA, Def AV, MDATP, Zscaler etc.) in line with organization security policy.

- Drive implementation and reinforcement of security policy with all users; Run awareness initiatives (workshops, online teasers, mailers etc.) to spread awareness about IT security policy throughout the organization
