Lead - Indirect Purchase - FMCG

Responsibilities :

- Define and implement the procurement policy of the company according to the Group strategy.

- Lead a procurement department of 3 Buyers and 1 controller.

- Increase Coverage of Purchasing Department on all Promo, POS, Indirect, Marketing Services Categories.

- Negotiate and establish the contracts with the TOP 30 suppliers.

- Coordinate with the technical teams the setting of specifications and the evaluation of the suppliers.

- If needed, Seeking a new member of the Procurement Team to Drive, Manage and Support one of key categories.

- Strengthen the current reporting system.

- Manage the relationships with the suppliers, the rating and proper diversification.

- Provide budgetary information/KPI's to all business.

- Define procurement objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Candidate Profile :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Indirect Purchase within a multinational FMCG organization.

- Must have at least 3 years experience within a similar role.

- Professional qualification in Procurement/Supply Chain

- Should have led a team.

- SAP Knowledge.
