Lead HR HRIS Implementation : Spearheaded the project in collaboration with Darwinbox and successfully launched Phase 1 modules HR Operations: - Employee lifecycle management - SPOC for all HR policies and process - Policy Formulation - Grievance Management - Maintain up-to-date employee handbook as per the various laws and regulations - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Systems. Should be adept with HR Technology systems - Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource management system (HRMS) and payroll outputs and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, best practices and other sources and be able to analyse the data to form a meaningful input to the Management (for improvement) Learning & Development: - Manage end to end L&D initiatives right from concept to execution - Create and execute learning strategies and programs through hybrid approach to ensure continuous learning. - Conduct quarterly employee engagement surveys to do a pulse check, highlight things going well and bring out the areas where improvement is required along with the action plan. - Manage Hybrid / Classroom L&D initiatives - Plan Induction and ensured timely onboarding for new joiner Performance and Talent Management : - Drove annual evaluation process - Worked with L&D to create capability plan, IDP and implementation of Competency based interview as part of employee retention strategy Compliance : - Should be able to manage Vendors, Audits, Legal compliances etc. - Managing all the HR related contracts and liaison with SCM team for process related activities - Facilitate periodic vendor audits to ensure compliance obligations are met; partner with HR Head and compliance teams to implement recommendations, remediation, and action plans resulting from audits Desired Candidature: - Qualified HR professional with 4-8 years of experience managing HR - Should have hands on experience in managing HRMS, HR Policies, Compliance
