- Project : Led the technology stream for revamping New Joiner Experience via Onboarding
- Designed and Implemented People Manager Scorecard
- Setting up the HR systems and processes and aligning them with organisation.
- Building talent acquisition strategy for hiring multiple profiles, setting up engagement framework.
- Supporting transition and change management, aligning with HR Operations & COEs like learning & development, recruitment & rewards to implement HO initiatives & projects.
- On boarding, induction, grievance handling, campus engagement & recruitment, training need analysis, career pathing, performance & talent management.
- Benchmarking & implementing policies & programs in alignment with industry standards and practices.
