HR - Lead People Operations
Overview :
Responsibilities :
- Manage all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain employees' records and ensure its accurate and up to date
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, coordinating interviews, offer process, etc.
- Manage new hire onboarding process and update records of new staff.
- Manage and support employee recognition events like birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.
- Coordinate
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Manage payroll and tax-related tasks, which includes opening required state tax withholdings account, withholding audits, payroll auditing, and reporting
- Benefits administration to include new hire enrollment, inquiries, insurance, etc
- Manage employee offboarding process
- Support other assigned functions ( i. e maintenance and action on electronic mail received)
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements :
- Bachelors/PG degree in human resources or related (essential).
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
Exp: 7 to 14 Years (US payroll exp. mandatory)
Location: Bangalore.
